Marijuana won’t cause you to “die” as that one dude claims, crack/heroin/cocaine, keep the harmful deadly stuff illegal. Marijuana is a plant that cannot cause death and very little physical harm, let people do what they want in the privacy of their own house, and let CA collect money from it. Win-Win.

The nation is turning around on this issue because people are finally realizing that marijuana isn’t the devilish drug it was once made out to be.Should it be legal to drive while high? Of course not (even though some studies suggest it doesn’t impair to the level of alcohol). Should it be legal to operate heavy machinery, perform surgery, etc while high? No.But people should be allowed to smoke a joint at home if it is their preference. Anyone who has tried it will tell you it is safe.

People do have the right to put or do whatever they want to their bodies. I smoke weed not even 3 times a months, not every few hours like a cigarette smoker. It helps me deal with the b.s. I have in life, it would be the same as someone pouring themselves a glass of wine. The key to all of this is not to abuse it. Don’t abuse food, soda, alcohol, cigarettes, weed. Take it in moderation and you’ll be fine.
