   Legalization could create approximately 1 million jobs, and I think thats a conservative estimate. Our economic disaster has created a black whole of 15 million unemployed. 1 Million at the minimum is a great economic boost. I’ve seen quotes that say we spend between 20 – 40 billion on enforcement alone and that users spend a total of 175 billion. If that is true legalization could create closer to 2 or 3 million jobs.
