   Hahaha. I think you mean “you’re an idiot”. Ironic.Anyway, aluminum foil is terrible for reflecting light. Just because something is shiny, doesn’t mean it is efficiently reflecting light. Flat white paint does a much, much better job of reflecting light. In fact, the shiny side of foil is less reflective than the dull side. Would you guess that.Foil reflects 35-55% of light, flat white reflects 75-85%, and mylar or foylong reflect about 92-97% light.Also, foil creates hotspots.

    no it does not, it may reflect light, but it will create hotspots on your plants and will hurt them. watch some more videos and maybe learn a thing or two
