   One important fact is that natural marijuana contains both THC and CBD. Recent studies have shown that CBD plays an extremely important part in balacing the THC in the brain. Cannabis types without much CBD, like skunk, is higly likely to cause panic attacks etc. You’ve probably all experienced being high on a bus and feel like everybody is looking at you and judging you? That wouldn’t happen if the cannabis has been balanced with CBD. All of this is a great argument for legalization.

    Okay, I assume by contract you mean license, which would still be legalization but with a lack of regulation, which will never happen & probably shouldn’t.
