   @sheppo42 …Incorrect. You’re confusing Cannabis with smoke particles. There is absolutely NOTHING in the cannabis plant itself that is a carcinogen. Nicotine IS a carcinogen and tobacco users who don’t smoke still get cancer.

   well, if the employee becomes a problem due to that it should be the good right of the employer to do so. On the other hand, if the job performence goes up or stays equal an economical minded employer wouldn’t fire you for smoking pot. The problem lingers rather in the polical mindset, as with racism, and for such an rats ass you shouldn’t be working in the first place, or not?;) It is mainly a privat matter, as faith, sexul orientation, skin tone or what ever, as long as does put 3rd in risk.
