   A bill was just signed in NJ but the state is so regulated it will probably only be available through big pharma. So many “talented” farmers were speculating supplying dispensaries but were told through LE and the grape vine not to even think about entrepreneurship or opening up a cafe! Cali please enjoy your fleeting freedoms. In the meantime there will be no exit 420 on the NJ Turnpike!

   You make it sound like it’s a competition but it’s not. Cali is ahead of the game for sure. I am sad to say that Texas is home to ridiculous and scornful religious leaders (con artists). I hate them too. Too much religion in our government.I have to take a something back from what I said. There is definitely room to add legalization to the fight; every term. It continues to gain support. We must stay vigilant. Everywhere; in every state.

   Yes I agree. Texas still has a way to go. But what I am trying to make is that if we can get 1 state to legalize the rest will domino over just like it did with medical marijuana. Even if Texas is lagging when it comes to support, by having Texans do their best to promote legalized marijuana in California we can start the domino affect and this will aid Texans seeking to legalize marijuana. Its not a competition but more how we need to help the state thats closest to legalization, which is Cali

   i don’t think the feds should fuck off completely, do you want violent Mexican cartels in Californian hills? imagine if there were no control over marijuana growing… the drug cartels would have all the funding they need to buy guns and to hire more hitmen. the people should be able to grow on their own private property and should be able to supply the dispensaries, the people should also document their sales and pay taxes. minors under 18 should not be able to purchase cannabis legally.
