   tobacco and alcohol are decriminalized, if cannabis were legalized anyone could grow their own and u wouldn’t need a license to grow. Legalizing it would make it like roses they would be in flower shops and it wouldn’t be regulated by the government. Decriminalizing it means u can posess it but not grow or sell it. Legalizing would take the crime out of cannabis all together. It’s the consumers job to demand quality. If it’s shitty i ain’t buying.

    Tobacco for one is taxed and the gov is doing quite well taxing it. Setting up distribution would be a nightmare, and the gov. wants the money with the least bit of trouble. Tax + legalize is the best strategy.
