   I could see someone that lives on the 2nd floor w/ a hydro setup, high as hell: ‘Damn i need to get me one of those detectors’…. He leaves the apt, res overflows, shit going off… neighbors call 911, fire dept shows up… Well, at least they’re cleaning up the water; But they’re also asking for your license (and permits), assuming you can obtain one.
